Children aged 0 to 14 have a total stock portfolio of nearly 3,000,000,000 Turkish lira
Stock market experts presented information about investors across different citizen categories.
Market analysis showed that the total portfolio of children aged 0 to 14 is around 2.983 billion lira.
Investors aged 15 to 19 hold the least money in stocks: 2.123 billion. This age group also has the fewest people with brokerage accounts.
The largest stock portfolio belongs to people aged 45 to 49 (295.7 billion lira). Meanwhile, the highest number of investors is in the 35 to 39 age group.
The highest number of investors is in Istanbul — 1,616,979 people. Ankara follows with 665,685, and Izmir ranks third with 442,887 people.
