Conference on the Struggle of Turkish Cypriots Held in Ankara
A conference dedicated to the history of the national struggle of Turkish Cypriots was held at Başkent University in Ankara.
The event, titled "The Cyprus Turkish National Struggle through the Eyes of Dr. Ayten Berkalp," was organized as part of the university's series of academic meetings.
During the conference, participants were presented with events and personal memories of Dr. Ayten Berkalp related to the period of the Turkish Cypriot struggle. The speeches discussed historical processes, the political situation of that time, and the role of individuals in shaping the modern history of Northern Cyprus.
The organizers noted that such events help preserve historical memory and introduce the younger generation to key events of the past.
