In Famagusta, Drivers Complain About Dangerous Road Section Near Bus Terminal
In the area of the Famagusta bus terminal, drivers are complaining about a dangerous section of the road where, according to them, the road was left without warning signs after excavation work.
According to local residents, a section of the road was dug up, but no warning signs or roadwork indicators were installed at the site. Drivers note that this poses a serious threat to traffic, especially at night when the road damage is difficult to notice.
It is reported that because of this, some cars have already sustained damage — tires are bursting and rims are being damaged, leading to financial loss.
One of the affected drivers said that he damaged a tire installed only two months ago at the exact same spot.
Residents and drivers are calling on the responsible services to take urgent action, install warning signs, and make this section of the road safe to avoid further incidents.
