Heavy Rain and Cloudy Skies Expected in Northern Cyprus on the Last Day of April
Northern Cyprus is in for a cloudy and rainy end to the month, according to the TRNC Department of Meteorology. On Wednesday, April 30, a system of low pressure and cool, moist air in the upper atmosphere is expected to dominate the region’s weather.
Forecasters are predicting overcast skies and heavy rainfall throughout the day.
Temperatures will remain within the seasonal average, ranging between 19°C and 25°C across most of the country.
Winds will blow from the southeast at moderate strength, occasionally picking up to strong gusts. As of now, there are no active weather warnings in effect for Northern Cyprus.

• Northern coast: Girne – 23°C, Lapta – 20°C, Akdeniz – 22°C, Alevkaya – 19°C, Esentepe – 20°C
• Western coast: Lefke – 22°C, Güzelyurt – 24°C
• Central region: Lefkoşa (Nicosia) – 25°C, Ercan – 25°C
• Eastern coast: Gazimağusa – 23°C, Iskele – 25°C
• Karpas Peninsula: Yenierenköy – 21°C
