Where to Buy Pork?

Because of the local mentality and religion, there is no pork in the national dishes of Northern Cyprus. But Cypriots tolerate foreigners, so every city has a Pork Shop. Also, one can buy bacon and pork sausages in the supermarkets of the Supreme, Sah Market, and Russian Three Bears chains, in the Market of the Caesar Resort complex, and Tolpork store in Lefkosia.

But the best pork, the gourmets say, is in Girne, in the Turkish Ozankoy Butcher. The shop is on the map.
