Confirmation of diploma
The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) attracts more and more immigrants from different countries every year. It is one of the most comfortable countries to live in Europe. There are prospects for everyone in work and business here.
If you plan to work in Northern Cyprus in a specialty obtained at a university in another country, you need to confirm your diploma.
Diploma Confirmation Procedure:
- Apostille. The diploma must be apostilled in the country where it was issued.
- Translation. Have your diploma translated into Turkish by a certified translator.
- Curriculum. Request a curriculum for your specialty from your university, which will be used by the official bodies of Northern Cyprus to verify the number of hours of study.
- Application to TRNC Authorities. Submit an application and a package of documents to the Ministry of Education or the Ministry of Health of the TRNC (depending on your specialty).
Important:
- Medical Specialties. The TRNC allows confirmation of diplomas from medical universities and work in public health institutions. Work in the private sector is prohibited for non-Cypriots.
