• Click on the link “Şimdi kayıt ol / Sign Up Now”
• Fill in the personal information
• Click “Gönder / Submit”
• Proceed to fill out the residence permit information

What to pay attention to

1. You will need a local SIM card number, so make sure you arrange it before registering on the site, as the number will be required before you click the “Gönder / Submit” button. 2. The residential address must match the address you have in the purchase or rental agreement for housing.
3. The names of the parents must be indicated in the form, even if they are deceased, and it should be their first names without surnames (this is a tradition in this region).
