Clear Weather with Frost Expected in Cyprus on December 19

The Meteorology Department of the Republic of Cyprus reports that weak high pressure will temporarily influence the region on Thursday, December 19.

The morning is expected to be mostly clear, though some areas may see occasional increases in cloud cover.

According to the forecast, daytime temperatures will rise to around 18°C inland, 19°C along the coast, and 9°C in mountainous areas.

By evening, the weather will remain predominantly clear, with localized cloudiness continuing in certain areas. Nighttime temperatures are expected to drop to around 8°C inland, 10°C along the coast, and as low as 2°C in the mountains, where frost is likely to form.

Looking ahead to Friday, the weather will stay mostly clear, with occasional localized cloud cover. Late in the evening, isolated showers may develop in the western and northern parts of the island.

Temperatures are expected to remain stable through Sunday, fluctuating close to the seasonal average.
