23-year-old girl in critical condition after accident on Paphos — Limassol highway
A 23-year-old girl is in critical condition following a serious traffic accident that occurred overnight in Paphos.
Around 02:00, the young woman was driving her car on the Limassol — Paphos highway in the Konia area when she lost control. The car crashed into a road barrier and overturned.
Fire service rescuers had to extricate the victim from the vehicle. She was then taken by ambulance to Paphos General Hospital, where she underwent surgery for multiple injuries.
The girl is currently in the intensive care unit, with doctors describing her condition as critical.
Paphos traffic police are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
