85-year-old super-grandmother graduated from the University of Cyprus and became a philosopher
In the Republic of Cyprus, 85-year-old Despina Tsikkuri received higher education. The grandmother became a graduate of the University of Cyprus.
Recently, the elderly woman completed her studies at the Faculty of Classical Studies and Philosophy of the higher education institution. According to the pensioner, with the completion of her studies, the main dream of her life finally came true.
It is expected that soon the graduate will wear a mantle and an academic cap to participate in the solemn diploma award ceremony at the graduation ceremony of the University of Cyprus.
It should be noted that Despina Tsikkuri, a resident of Kato Polemidia, became a student at the University of Cyprus at the age of 82. She prepared for admission for a year at a private tutoring center. At that time, the super-grandmother, as her classmates called her, stated that studying had always been her dream.
