Ellinas Finance to Become First Foreign Company on India's NSE International Exchange
Cyprus-based financial company Ellinas Finance is preparing to become the first foreign entity to have its shares admitted for trading on the NSE International Exchange (NSE IX) in India.
This strategic move provides Cyprus-based businesses with direct access to one of the world's largest and fastest-growing financial markets. Entering the Indian platform will allow the company to expand its pool of international investors and strengthen its position in the global capital market.
NSE International Exchange, located in the GIFT City international financial center, focuses on international listings and attracting foreign issuers.
It is expected that this move could set a precedent for other Cypriot companies considering entry into Asian markets.
