The mayors of Lakatamia and Strovolos spoke about the progress of road projects and delays

The mayors of Lakatamia and Strovolos informed residents about the current status of major infrastructure projects being implemented in the territories of the two municipalities. According to them, some work is progressing on schedule, but delays have been recorded in certain areas.
The main reasons for the delays are cited as technical difficulties, the need for additional approvals, and weather conditions. Municipal authorities emphasized that they are in constant contact with contractors and relevant services to accelerate the work and minimize inconvenience for residents.
It was also noted that road safety and infrastructure quality remain a priority. Citizens were promised regular updates on the next stages and project completion timelines.
