Cyprus Foreign Ministry Advises Against Travel to 8 Middle Eastern Countries
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus has advised citizens to avoid all travel to eight countries in the region amid the deteriorating security situation in the Middle East.
The corresponding statement was published on the X platform. The ministry noted that the updated recommendations were adopted following an assessment of the current situation in the region.
Cypriots are advised not to plan trips to:
- United Arab Emirates
- Iraq
- Israel
- Qatar
- Kuwait
- Lebanon
- Bahrain
- Saudi Arabia
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that the recommendations may be revised depending on further developments.
