Nicosia Municipality creates residents' registry for rapid communication
The Nicosia Municipality has announced the creation of a Residents' Registry (Μητρώο Δημοτών) — a new initiative aimed at fast and reliable communication with citizens.
Through this system, authorities will be able to promptly inform residents about:
- emergency situations and civil protection instructions
- important announcements for specific city areas
- new municipal services and projects
- events, initiatives, and city activities
- issues affecting daily life and the quality of life in the capital
The municipality notes that such a system will enhance safety, transparency, and resident participation in city life.
Citizens are invited to register and provide their contact details via a special online form.
