Breastfeeding rooms to be installed in public places in Cyprus

Cyprus has passed a law requiring permanent or temporary breastfeeding rooms for nursing mothers to be established in all workplaces and public places.
The law clarifies that this requirement does not affect the right of mothers to breastfeed their children in public places.
The Ministry of Health plans to implement the law within a year of its publication in the “Official Gazette.”
