Unidentified individuals attack mobile camera van on Paphos–Limassol highway
On the Paphos–Limassol highway near the Kouklia exit, unidentified individuals attacked a service vehicle belonging to a traffic violation photo-enforcement company.
According to the police, around 02:40 AM, another car carrying three people pulled up next to the vehicle, which was occupied by a 36-year-old employee.
One of the men asked to speak with the driver. When the driver opened the window slightly, the individual sprayed a substance into his face, while the other two began striking the vehicle, causing damage.
The driver subsequently fled the scene and filed a report with the police. The circumstances of the incident are under investigation.
