An office building in Limassol was sold for 28 million euros
Data on real estate transactions concluded in March 2024 have been published in Cyprus. The top 3 most expensive properties were sold in Limassol. According to Ask Wire, a company specializing in real estate appraisal and analytics, the total value of the top 10 largest deals concluded on the island in March amounted to 48.1 million euros.
The most expensive property that changed hands was an office building in Germasoyia, sold for 28 million euros.
In second place was a house, also purchased in Germasoyia for 3.3 million euros. Rounding out the top 3 most expensive real estate transactions in Cyprus in March is a plot of land in Agios Athanasios, acquired for 2.85 million euros.
The top 10 deals also included: a building for 2.7 million euros in Paphos, a warehouse for 2.4 million euros in Nicosia, a plot of land for 2.3 million euros in Larnaca, an apartment for 1.9 million euros in Limassol, a residential building for 1.8 million euros in Nicosia, a house for 1.47 million euros in Larnaca, and a plot of land for 1.46 million euros in Paphos.
It is also noted that the total value of 50 properties, based on the top 10 largest deals in each of the five regions, amounted to 78 million euros. Limassol accounted for over 50% of the deals, totaling 43 million euros. This was followed by Paphos (10.6 million euros), Nicosia (10.4 million euros), Larnaca (8.7 million euros), and the Famagusta region (5.3 million euros).
