Fire at 'Luna Park' warehouse in Limassol — roof partially collapsed
At 13:57 on Green Monday, the fire service received a report of a fire in a warehouse in Limassol used for storing equipment for the 'Luna Park' amusement park.
Four fire engines and a specialized breathing apparatus vehicle arrived at the scene. The fire was brought under control by 15:54.
As a result of the fire, the warehouse and the equipment inside sustained serious damage, and the roof partially collapsed.
During the operation, three pressurized gas cylinders were discovered — specialists took the necessary measures to handle them safely.
The causes of the fire will be determined during the investigation.
