Commemoration Event for the Third Anniversary of Tempi Tragedy to be Held in Nicosia
The Solidarity Network of Greek Citizens in Cyprus is organizing a protest action on Saturday, February 28, at 17:00 to commemorate the third anniversary of the Tempi train disaster.
The event will take place at Eleftheria Square in Nicosia. The program includes speeches and a short artistic segment.
Organizers state that the action is in support of ongoing mobilizations in Greece and the efforts of the Association of Victims' Relatives seeking justice in courts.
The event will take place simultaneously with similar actions in Greece and other European cities under the slogan:
"Their profits or our lives!"
