Cyprus industrial turnover rose 10% in November

Industrial turnover in Cyprus in November 2025 increased by 10% compared to the same month last year, reaching 138.6 points (base year — 2021), the Cyprus Statistical Service reported.

From January to November, the overall turnover growth was 5.1% year-on-year.

The largest contribution to growth came from the manufacturing sector, where turnover rose by 12.2%. A significant increase was also recorded in the mining and quarrying sector — plus 45.6%.

At the same time, the electricity and water supply sectors saw slight decreases in turnover — 0.5% and 0.3%, respectively.

Among manufacturing industries, the leading growth sectors were the production of non-metallic mineral products (+86.8%) and basic metals and fabricated metal products (+23.3%). Turnover declined in the electronic and optical products segment (–10.2%) and in the manufacture of machinery, vehicles, and transport equipment (–13.3%).

Domestic market turnover in November grew by 12.7%, while export sales fell by 4.1%.
