A Christmas village has opened in the gardens of the Presidential Palace in Nicosia

On Saturday, a Christmas village opened on the grounds of the Presidential Palace in Nicosia. Visitors can enjoy festive activities, a market, and the opportunity to support local producers and artisans.
According to First Lady Philippa Karsera-Christodoulides, the project is being held for the third consecutive year and is conceived as a platform to promote small businesses — the palace gardens and adjacent areas are specially opened for initiatives that support local enterprises.
This year, around 100 participants are involved in the village, and part of the proceeds from sales will be directed to support the School for the Deaf in Nicosia.
The event is open on Sunday from 11:00 to 19:00. Parking is available for visitors at the English School, from where free shuttle buses run to the palace.
