Restaurants and bars in the Old Port of Limassol to be leased for nearly €4.9 million

The Cyprus Ports Authority has announced a tender for the granting of licenses for the use and operation of commercial premises in the Old Port area of Limassol.
The estimated value of the project is approximately 4.88 million euros. As part of the tender, it is planned to lease:
- 3 restaurants
- 1 tavern
- 2 snack bars
- 1 bar
The contract will be concluded for six years, starting July 1, 2026. Companies can submit applications for a single property or multiple ones simultaneously.
Applications are accepted until May 8, after which the opening and evaluation of proposals will take place.
In recent years, the Old Port of Limassol has become one of the most popular leisure destinations on the island. Following a major renovation completed in 2014, it now features restaurants, shops, walking areas, squares, and cultural venues that regularly host festivals, concerts, and city events.
