Larnaca - Nicosia by Car
If you have a car or have rented one, you should drive from the central districts of the city on Eleftherias Avenue onto Highway A2, which will later connect to Highway A1 and lead you to the southern part of Nicosia. If starting from the northern part of the city to avoid traffic jams, it makes sense to first get on Highway A3, and at the Rizoelia Junction roundabout, turn right onto A2, and so forth.
Larnaca - Nicosia by Bus
Intercity Buses start operating to the capital from 6 am from the Finikoudes station (central harbor) every half hour to an hour, with the last departure at 9 pm. On weekends and holidays - from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm, with fewer trips.
