Can you buy Enterosgel or Polysorb in Northern Cyprus?

Enterosgel is a Russian drug, and Turkey purchases it from the Russian Federation. Therefore, in Turkish pharmacies, you can easily find the medicine, though it is not cheap - one dose of the drug is about 300 lira. There is no Enterosgel in NC pharmacies.
They do not sell Polysorb both in Turkey and NC.
As for absorbents, ask your local drugstore for Carbon, and you will get a Turkish analog of Activated carbon, which is also good.
