Residents of the Sınırüstü district in the İskele province have been facing serious difficulties for over ten years due to the lack of road infrastructure. After each rain, the dirt roads turn into impassable mud, which significantly complicates daily life.

According to local residents, the situation directly affects safety and quality of life: children have difficulty traveling to school, transport links are disrupted, and access to emergency services becomes problematic. In bad weather conditions, the district is effectively isolated.

Despite numerous appeals, the problem has remained unresolved for about 12 years. Residents emphasize that they are tired of constant promises and demand concrete actions from the authorities regarding the construction and improvement of roads.

People note that the same situation repeats year after year, especially during the rainy season, and call for immediate intervention to put an end to years of hardship.
