Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) will be hosting the 7th International Turkic World Tourism Congress, a significant international forum set to take place from May 21 to 25, 2025, at EMU's Faculty of Tourism.
The congress will bring together academics and industry professionals who will explore the economic, social, and cultural dimensions of tourism through comprehensive research and discussions. Topics such as sustainable tourism practices, cultural heritage integration, and the role of digitalization in tourism will be key focus areas. The presentations and discussions are expected to make valuable contributions to both academic research and industry advancements.
Participants from around the world will have a unique opportunity to share their insights and research findings, fostering a global exchange of knowledge and expertise. One of the primary objectives of the congress is to examine how tourism can act as a unifying force within the Turkic world. In this context, the congress will emphasize the importance of strengthening regional collaboration in areas rich in cultural heritage.
Researchers interested in participating in the congress can submit their abstracts by March 21, 2025. Accepted papers will be reviewed by the scientific committee and published on the congress website on April 21, 2025. Presentations are welcome in Turkish, English, and various Turkic dialects.
