In Northern Cyprus, heavy rain showers and thunderstorms are expected on March 7th
According to the Department of Meteorology of the TRNC, on Thursday, March 7th, the region is under the influence of low pressure and cool, humid air. Some areas of the island are expected to experience heavy rainfall with thunder and lightning.
Meteorologists predict variable cloudiness with periodic rain showers and downpours, especially on the northwest coast and in the Karpas region. The air temperature remains within the seasonal climatic norm: thermometers will rise to a maximum of 21-22 degrees Celsius. The wind is southwest, of moderate strength.
There are no active weather warnings from meteorologists in Northern Cyprus.
