Roadworks have begun on the section between Çayönü and İncirli

The Directorate of Highways announced that today, October 7, 2025, maintenance, repair, and pothole restoration works have started on the main road section between Çayönü and İncirli in Northern Cyprus.

The Directorate’s statement indicated that the works are being carried out along the route and are planned to continue.

The Directorate urged drivers using this section to exercise caution and drive at reduced speeds in the interest of people’s and property safety.
