Permission to purchase real estate in the TRNC was granted to another 351 foreigners
The Council of Ministers of the TRNC granted permission for the acquisition of real estate to another 351 foreign citizens. The decision was published in the "Official Gazette."
According to the document, out of the 351 individuals to whom the Council of Ministers decided to grant the necessary permission, 326 are citizens of Turkey. The remaining 25 are citizens of third countries.
The permission was granted on the condition that the real estate they acquire is free from any encumbrances.
"The Council of Ministers, in accordance with Law No. 52/2008 'On the Acquisition of Immovable Property and Long-Term Lease (Foreigners),' issued permits for the acquisition of real estate to a total of 351 individuals, 326 of whom are citizens of the Republic of Turkey and 25 are citizens of third countries," the document says.
It is worth noting that a week ago, 84 foreigners, all citizens of Turkey, received a similar permit.
