Stray Dog Attacks Shop Owner in Güzelyurt
A shop owner in Güzelyurt was attacked by a stray dog, but bystanders managed to intervene and chase the animal away.

According to police reports, the incident occurred at the town’s marketplace. Witnesses struggled to stop the attack and assist the injured man.
The shop owner, who sustained injuries, was taken to the hospital with the help of two fellow business owners from the area.
Following the incident, Güzelyurt residents have called on municipal authorities to take action in managing the stray dog population to prevent similar attacks in the future.
