In Iskele, a man stabbed a 28-year-old — suspect detained

In Iskele, a 43-year-old man was detained, suspected of a knife attack on another person despite an active court order.
According to the police, the incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. The suspect, who previously had a court order prohibiting him from approaching his wife within 200 meters, went to the house where she lives. Believing that his wife was involved with another man, he attacked the 28-year-old and stabbed him in the waist area.
The victim was taken to Famagusta State Hospital, where he received medical care. He currently remains under doctors’ observation.
The suspect is detained, and the investigation continues.
