Over Two Kilograms of Drugs Seized in Nicosia and Girne
A man was arrested in Northern Cyprus as part of Operation "Tanyeri," during which over two kilograms of drugs were seized.
According to the police press office, the operation took place on Monday in Nicosia and Girne, carried out by the Crime Prevention Department and the Anti-Drug and Smuggling Bureau.
During the search of a vehicle used by the 23-year-old suspect, as well as his residence, a total of 2.17 kilograms of cannabis, packaged and ready for sale, were found. The suspect has been arrested, and an investigation is underway.
