If the father is a Cypriot and the mother is a Russian, they need to obtain a birth certificate exclusively in the TRNC.
- If both parents are citizens of the Russian Federation, a Russian birth certificate can be obtained by applying to the embassy website, and then filling out the documents for the child's citizenship.
