How do I make an appointment to see a doctor in Cyprus?
Health issues are perhaps the most important, especially if you don’t live in the country where you grew up. We tell you how you can make an appointment with a doctor in Cyprus.
BOOK AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE
You can sign up via the Internet on the official website of the State Health Service of the Republic of Cyprus: shso.org.cy (link to the English version).
From the main page, go to the list of all doctors and find the right one. To make it easier to search among more than eight hundred doctors, use the filters: by clinic and by doctor’s specialization.
When you go to the profile of the doctor you need, you will find the button “Request an appointment”
Next, you should fill out the form, specifying the name, surname, email, phone, date of birth, document number, as well as note the initial reception or not and briefly describe the complaint.
Representatives of the clinic will contact you within 48 hours. Accordingly, we don’t recommend this method for urgent questions, in emergency cases, call an ambulance.
