According to the police press office, the suspect was arrested on Monday afternoon based on a court warrant issued earlier that same day, after evidence was obtained linking him to 19 burglaries.
Investigators believe the suspect is involved in 16 cases of theft, one robbery, one attempted robbery, and an additional case of burglary. All these crimes were committed at bakeries in the Nicosia area between April 9, 2023, and August 14, 2024.
