A fire broke out in a moving car on the highway connecting Larnaca and Ayia Napa on Saturday evening, police reported. According to law enforcement, the blaze occurred at around 21:20.
Police clarified that two people in the car stated the cause of the fire was an unextinguished cigarette butt. The fire was quickly extinguished by the arriving fire brigade.
