Dozens of young people cause unrest with motorcycles and bonfires in Limassol
On the evening of March 30, dozens of young people caused unrest on the streets of Limassol. According to police, about 90–100 people on motorcycles moved through the city and lit several fires.
Police spokesperson Vyronas Vyronos stated that such actions might be linked to a tradition before entering the army; however, authorities are still conducting an investigation to determine the reasons behind the incident.
Police are examining the circumstances of the incident and checking for possible public order violations.
