Are there programs for getting a passport from the Republic of Cyprus?

A few years ago, following one program in Cyprus, one could obtain a passport in exchange for investments. One had to invest 2-2.5 million euros in any project development on the island to get it - mostly construction projects. This program does not currently exist. You can receive a permanent residence without the right to work if you buy a property for 300,000 euros from a developer. Or you can apply for naturalization if you have lived in the Republic of Cyprus for seven years in a row with a residence permit and work on the island. Details at the link:
