The price of a 10-kilogram gas cylinder has been raised to 610 TL
The price of a 10-kilogram gas cylinder has increased from 555 Turkish lira to 610 Turkish lira; the relevant regulation was published in the official gazette yesterday.
According to the document, for other volumes the price per kilogram, including VAT, must not exceed 61.00 TL.
Maximum ceiling prices have been set along the supply chain: for importers — a maximum wholesale price without VAT of 316.95 TL; for distribution companies — a maximum price with VAT of 435 TL; for dealers — 575 TL; for retail outlets (markets, shops, stalls) — a maximum price with VAT of 610 TL.
As part of the regulation of transport costs, dealers delivering 10-kilogram cylinders will be allowed to charge a transport fee of 2 TL for every 10 kilometres.
According to the publication, the new pricing regulation came into force as of last night.
