Next Week a Beer Festival Will Take Place in Paphos
From August 7 to 10, a large-scale beer festival will once again take place in Paphos, promising to be one of the main events of the summer. The event will be held in the square in front of the medieval castle and will last for four consecutive evenings — from 18:00 until late at night.
Festival guests will be offered a wide selection of craft and international beers. Both local microbreweries and international producers will take part. In addition to beverages, the festival grounds will feature food courts offering a variety of street food: Mexican cuisine, fried chicken, hot dogs, burgers, vegetarian dishes, donuts, crêpes, and ice cream.
Special attention has been given by the organizers to the cultural program. Each evening will feature live music performances and fire shows. Among the announced performers are music groups Helicon, Symbiosis, On Tour, and The Holiday.
Additionally, the festival will host a contest, with the grand prize being a trip to Oktoberfest. The winner will receive free accommodation, access to the famous Hofbräuhaus tent, and a guided tour program. The conditions for participation in the draw are available on the event’s official website.
The festival is organized with free admission and is open to all.
