Can third country nationals obtain a Schengen visa in Cyprus?

It is possible to apply for a Schengen visa in the Republic of Cyprus. To do this you must be in the country not as a tourist, have a residence permit or residence permit, ticket reservation, hotel reservation and money in the account based on the requirements of the Schengen countries - so that the funds are sufficient for the declared period of stay.
You should apply for a visa at the consulate of the country where you intend to stay the most days.
